.Swedish Relaxation Massage

Now known as “traditional” massage, it includes long gliding strokes, kneading, friction, tapping and shaking  motions.  Effective for most ailments, it utilizes a light to medium touch.  THIS MASSAGE IS AVAILABLE AS A “COUPLES” MASSAGE—PERFORMED SIMULTANEOUSLY BY 2 THERAPISTS.

 

Hot Stone Therapy Massage

Is a deeply soothing and relaxing massage that uses heated stones along with traditional Swedish strokes to help release connective tissue.

 

Deep Tissue Massage

is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue.

 

Prenatal Massage

Is the application of pressure, stretch and movement to the feet and hands to affect corresponding parts of the body.

 

Body Polish/Salt Flow/Sugar Scrub

Wonderfully gentle, effective way to exfoliate the body.  Ideal for sensitive or dehydrated skin.  Treatment includes exfoliation, warm shower, followed by a moisturizing massage.

 

Pure Indulgence Rose Mud Wrap

Body polish followed by aromatic rose mud wrap, accelerating skin cell renewal, followed by a moisturizing massage.

1) Spa treatments may be ordered by adding them during the online booking process, calling or emailing us.

2) “Couples” massages (performed simultaneously) can be done on the Swedish Relaxation and Hot Stone massages only.

3 )   You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel your massage within 14 days to arrival.

4)   All prices quoted are per person. 

5)   During the online booking process, please put in the “notes” field the day and time you would like your massage.  We do not recommend having the massage on the day you arrive because  if you arrive late, you may miss your appointment.
