POLICIES Viewing—If needed, one viewing of our gazebo and cabins prior to event by prior arrangement with management. Children—Well behaved children are welcome. Guests—A maximum of 8 guests are permitted at no extra charge Confetti- We do not allow confetti on our property but you are welcome to bring white rice to throw over the Bride & Groom. Thank you for your understanding. (5) Volume—We may have other guests on our property during your celebration so we would appreciate it if you were mindful of this situation. (6) Clean up/damage deposit of $250 will be charge at time of booking but is FULLY REFUNDABLE within 48 hours after your departure, so long as everything is in order. We DO NOT CHARGE this deposit if the celebrations only include the bride and groom. (7) Fees—The current wedding fee will be charged to your credit card 14 days prior to your arrival. (8) Cancellation -If you cancel your wedding within 3 days to your arrival date you will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee (9) Smoking allowed outside only.
