Text Box: Your Intimate Wedding Maximum 10 people (including Bride & Groom) Don’t forget to bring your marriage license!! POLICIES (1) If needed, one viewing of our gazebo prior to event for you and your wedding planners, caterers, etc. (Strictly by prior arrangement with management). (2) This Intimate Wedding package is contingent upon the honeymooners booking minimum one night in one of our romantic cabins (2 night minimum on weekends). Of course, your guests are welcome to book any of our other accommodations independently. (3) Clean up/damage deposit of $250 which is FULLY REFUNDABLE within 48 hours after your departure, so long as everything is in order. The deposit is put back on your credit card. (4) No children or pets allowed. (5) Kindly contact us to discuss details. Deposit At time of booking, we charge the $375 gazebo rental fee. Balance Due The refundable breakage deposit of $250 is due 14 days prior to arrival plus any other charges such as romantic packages or massages that you may include. Cancellation Policy (1) If you cancel outside of our 14 day arrival window, you will be given a refund of 75% of the gazebo rental. (2) If you cancel within our 14 day arrival window, you will be given a 50% refund of the gazebo rental plus a full refund of the breakage fee. Guests Maximum of 10 guests allowed (it may be possible to add maybe another 4 adults by prior arrangement with management). Confetti / Rice We do not allow confetti on our property but you are welcome to bring white rice to throw over the Bride & Groom. Thank you for your understanding. Volume Level We may have other guests on our property during your wedding so we have to insist that you bear this in mind during your celebrations. Smoking Smoking allowed outside only. A penalty of $250 will be charged to your card for failure to comply.
