PACKAGE POLICIES 1) Charges for wine tours will be run on your credit card 14 days prior to arrival 2) Wine Tours get full quickly, especially on weekends, so contact us as soon as possible 3) You may cancel your wine tour outside of our 14 day arrival window with no penalty or fee. If you cancel within our 14 day arrival window you will receive a full refund minus our $35 administrative fee. If you are a “no show” for any reason you will not receive a refund. 4) Wine tours may be ordered at the same time as making your reservation online or by contacting us at a later date. 5) Pick up times are strictly adhered to so please be prompt |
